By creating an account or using JobOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

JobOS is an AI-powered career management platform that provides:

• Resume building and tailoring tools
• Job application tracking
• Interview preparation
• Offer negotiation assistance
• Chrome extension for autofilling job applications
• Career coaching powered by AI

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use JobOS.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Chrome extension on platforms that prohibit automated form filling

5. AI-Generated Content

JobOS uses AI to generate resume content, interview answers, cover letters, and coaching responses. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Free plan features are available at no cost
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days

7. Intellectual Property

Your career data, resumes, and profile information belong to you. JobOS retains no ownership over content you create. We own the platform, code, and AI prompt systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

JobOS is provided "as is." We are not liable for job search outcomes, hiring decisions, or consequences of using AI-generated content in applications.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
